This beautiful and exceptionally full-bodied sake is the result ten-year endeavor to create a one-of-a-kind rice strain: Yamada-Nishiki ["the king of the rice"]. This rice strain is the first successful crossbreed of Yamadaho and Wataribune in 70 years. The brew is luxurious, full of lovely floral aromas, yet delicately refined. Enjoy the elegance of refreshing floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom and savor a hint of vanilla sweetness in the extra-long finish.
