All the Tamura Brewery sakes begin with the same Japanese sake rice but are brewed with four different types of yeast—each with its own brewing tank to ensure peak refinement and freshness. After pressing, the four tanks are masterfully blended, pasteurized, and bottle-aged in a cool, climate-controlled setting. The box is included with this bottle.
